Nursery- Staffed by loving volunteers, the nursery provides a fun safe environment for the little ones all evening long.

Faithweaver Friends - FWF provides another avenue for children to grow in their relationship with God and others. It is more relaxed than Sunday morning and geared with higher energy activities. Children ages 3-Kindergarten attend the Puppies program. The Big Dogs, Da’ Boyz and the Faith Girlz, program is available for those in 1st-5th grade. Each group has a Bible lesson, praise time, game time, craft, and snack that point to a Biblical truth. Your child will also learn one Bible verse and then be challenged to apply the Biblical truth by completing a Daily Challenge during the week.

Teens

C2 Student Ministries 4 Middle School guys & girls- meet in “The Garage” each Wed. night to connect with each other and discover the Truths of how God can change and grow them.

“The Mine” is a gathering of young adults (grades 9-12) with the purpose of discovering what it really means to be a Christian. We meet below the surface (downstairs at 318 Mt. Rushmore Rd) to get below the surface of religion to a real relationship with God and each other. Fun, music, drama, & challenge can be found at The Mine.

Small Groups for Adults

  • Now What?- Vicki Franzen.

Join in for lively and friendly discussion on the previous Sunday’s message and application for everyday life. Attendees mostly direct where the conversation goes, with Vicki facilitating. This is a great class to jump into any time!

  • Crazy Love- Daren & Tawnya Beckloff

God is love. Crazy, relentless, all-powerful love. Have you ever wondered if we’re missing it? It’s crazy, if you think about it. The God of the universe--the Creator of nitrogen and pine needles, galaxies and E-minor--loves us with a radical, unconditional, self-sacrificing love. And what is our typical response? We go to church, sing songs, and try not to cuss. Whether you’ve verbalized it yet or not...we all know something is wrong. Does something deep inside your heart long to break free from the status quo? Are you hungry for an authentic faith that addresses the problems of our world with tangible, even radical, solutions? God is calling you to a passionate love relationship with Himself. Because the answer to religious complacency isn’t working harder at a list of do’s and don’ts--it’s falling in love with God. Once you encounter His love, you will never be the same. Because when you’re wildly in love, it changes everything.

  • Worship Team—study & rehearsal
  • Precepts Study (1 Thessalonians)- Terri Haggerty & Nancy Ewing.  Precepts is a method of study that cultivates the skills of observation, interpretation, and application—and encourages readers to become active participants in God’s Word. Authors present a systematic approach that includes key words, context studies, comparisons and contrasts, topical studies, and more.

You --Blameless at His Coming

Are you an example to others? Learn the principles of exemplary Christian living -- the very mission of Precept Ministries International. Understand the spiritual warfare, sparked by the presence of the Gospel in the world, and the rapture of the church -- God's ultimate rescue.

  • Acts of the Apostles—Jim & Lucille Dye

Using the Bible as our study guide, this study of Acts is a verse by verse in-depth study of Scripture. We’ll compare scripture with scripture as the Bible illuminates itself. Commentaries are from about 6 different Bible scholars. Those attending class will walk away with an understanding of just what the Bible means by what it says and how they can apply it to their lives for their good and God's Glory. Call the Dyes to RSVP at 343-8663.

  • Frazzled Females- Stacie Tschetter- Going thru Priscilla Shirer's study, Jonah

A personal study experience five days a week, weekly group discussion video sessions. What do we do when God interrupts our lives? Many times, like Jonah, we run! In this 7-session Bible study, we learn that interruption is actually God's invitation to do something beyond our wildest dreams. When Jonah was willing to allow God to interrupt his life, the result was revival in an entire city.

New for 2012:

  • Financial Peace University- Led by Mike Hays.

Gain God's insight into money matters thru Dave Ramsey's tools. This three month class is offered each year starting in January. It is a great refresher or a wonderful beginning to learn about God’s Truth in regards to your finances. This class will address practical issues, as well as heart issues to help you obtain financial peace.

  • James: Mercy Triumphs (Beth Moore) Led by Lornell Haggerty

Bible scholars compare James to the prophet Amos. In other ways James more closely resembles the Book of Proverbs than any New Testament book. Come along with Beth Moore on a journey to get to know both the man and the Book of James. You will never be the same again. Topics in this study include: joy, hardship, faith, reversal of fortunes for rich and poor, wisdom, gifts from above, single-mindedness, the dangers of the tongue, humility, and prayer.

  • Young Parents - Josh & Kristi Button

We are excited to begin a new parenting class on Wednesday nights. It is a CD series with a study guide as well. This study, "Effective Parenting in a Defective World" from Chip Ingram that helps us in raising our children with intentionality and focus. The world tells us we need to make our children independent, however we want to transfer their dependency from us to God. Chip will challenge us to consider what our children are learning from us, both good and bad. With the start of a new year we want to come together to "regroup" and support each other. We hope you will prayerfully consider joining us.
