Connecting with others in Christ

Life is not meant to be lived alone. We all need to connect with others on a variety of levels; from casual acquaintances to serving the Lord together to deep friendships. It is a part of God’s design for us to be surrounded with healthy Christ-centered relationships. Part of our prayer for our church family is for everyone to have a connection with others at Rimrock. To have those around us to celebrate and encourage us as we walk through life.

When you first visit a new church it can be overwhelming. We would like to help you in any way we can. Stop by the Welcome Center in the foyer to sign our guest book & get a gift just for visiting. The Welcome Center also has many brochures describing who Rimrock Church is, what is offered, etc. Help yourself to any of the brochures. On the first Sunday of each month, we offer "Sandwiches with the Staff". This informal gathering after second service allows visitors a chance to have a bite to eat & meet the staff.  We are here to help you & answer any questions you may have, email connecting@rimrockchurch.com for more information.

Community Group/files/My Sample Gallery/growth class pics/community-groups.jpgs

These mid-sized gatherings are likened to smaller churches within our large church body. Designed with two purposes: 1) to connect with others and 2) to learn and grow in God’s Word. Community groups are a great place to jump in anytime. Beyond Sundays, they offer socials and times of serving others. Community groups are often formed by a common denominator, but only as a suggestion. Feel free to drop in and find the one that suits you!

LIFE GROUPS  . . . . Experiencing Life (Christ) Together

These groups are designed to provide a spiritual extended family where we enjoy, encourage, help, and challenge each other while studying God’s Word in a safe and loving environment.  All with the intent of developing significant Christ-like relationships as we experience life together. Life Groups generally meet weekly during the school year.

Ladies Bible Study Groups meet at various times and locations around the city to accommodate busy schedules.  The Bible study topics are always relevant and exciting for today’s women and provide a source of love and encouragement as they walk out their faith.

Special Events, such as the Annual Christmas Party, retreats, conferences, Mother/Daughter events, etc, provide an opportunity for women to gather and share life together.
